On top of the ancient request to increase and allow customization to Kaseya One Timeout - Improve KaseyaOne Timeout (Currently 6 hours with no configurable option) | Community
INKY portal logins completed via Kaseya One SSO appear to timeout after around 2-4 hours of inactivity.
INKY article (Logging into INKY - INKY) about logins doesn’t mention any specific timeout times but it is definitely shorter than a global Kaseya One timeout of 6 hours mentioned above.
Ideally, it needs to follow the SSO configured settings or provide its own customizable portal security settings.
