Business Use Case:
Once an email is marked as Safe, we are requesting that subsequent replies and continuations within the same conversation thread no longer display the INKY banner.
Customers have commented that repeatedly displaying the banner throughout an ongoing conversation can appear unprofessional, particularly when communicating with trusted external contacts.
Requested Behavior:
User marks an email as Safe.
INKY records that decision for the current conversation thread.
Future replies and forwards within that same thread no longer display the warning banner.
New email conversations from the same sender would continue to be evaluated normally and could still receive banners if warranted.
Business Impact:
Improves user experience for trusted ongoing conversations.
Reduces banner fatigue.
Maintains protection for new conversations while allowing users to acknowledge known-safe threads.
Customer Impact
Not considered a deal-breaker, but viewed as a valuable enhancement for future releases.
