Select Multiple Result Types When Adding Allow List Entries

In most cases when we add items to the allow list, we have to add 3 to 6 times to ensure we cover the result types needed. It would be convenient to be able to select multiple result types so we can do all at once. Perhaps just being able to hold the CTRL key while selecting.
